You pay only for what you approved

From request to invoice: a written estimate before any work, and an invoice that never exceeds what you approved.

1. The request

   • A visit asked for on the site goes to the workshop, and it is confirmed once we have called you.
   • You choose a day within 90 days and a time within the branch's hours.

2. Estimate and approval

   • After the inspection you get a written estimate: every line with its price, and 15% VAT.
   • No work starts, no parts are ordered and the vehicle is not handed over before you approve the estimate.
   • If the estimate changes after you approved it, you are asked to approve it again.
   • The invoice never exceeds the amount you approved.
   • The workshop sets each service's warranty; it is written beside its line on the estimate and the invoice, with the day it ends.
